The flag of the Iranian Nationalist Socialist Party' is a red flag with a black edged white disk bearing a "not-equals" symbol.

I understand that multi-partyism is not accepted in Iran and that Iranian political parties must be active in exile. However, I would [desire] independent confirmation of the real existence of the INSP. The party website is a GeoCities free personal site, which does not seem to contain information on the party structure and location.

This flag is very much similar to a fictional flag from a 1946 educational film called "Despotism" - see. Unintentional convergence, probably.
